Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

1. Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment
2. Driving, maintaining, and inspecting company vehicles, such as TMA trucks
3. Installing and replacing signs and Traffic Control Material such as message boards, barricades, cones, barrels, etc.
4. Following safety guidelines and communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe
5. Directing traffic in or around work zones
6. Providing outstanding service and protection to customers

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting preferred; e.g., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator
• Familiarity with a client-based or weather-based schedule
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Steel-toed or composite-toed boots
• Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
• Accustomed to working in all types of weather and traffic conditions
• Must pass pre-employment screening including a drug test, as this is a safety sensitive role
• Must pass ATSSA Certification Test on Day 1 of Training
• Safety Sensitive Position
