You will work outdoors, follow safety rules, and coordinate with a crew to keep roads and work zones secure. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for overtime and advancement as you gain certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Lift 40–50 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment screening including drug test.
• Be alert around traffic, respectful and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades.
• Directing traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity.
• Following all safety protocols taught during training.
• Communicating clearly with teammates and supervisors.
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Working outdoors in all weather with flexible shifts, including nights or weekends.

• Setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades
• Using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic and monitor site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe condition
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions, with flexible shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work
• Standing or walking for extended periods

Qualifications
