Job summary

US Traffic Control, LLC seeks a Field Supervisor to manage daily operations at the assigned location in Georgia. You will coordinate field crews, schedule tasks, ensure PPE compliance, and maintain records for labor and equipment usage.

You will work closely with customers to meet traffic control standards and ensure timely project execution. Travel and overtime are common; housing provided when traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and Fit For Duty physical exam.
• Have a valid driver's license and provide a driving record.
• Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Be willing to travel. Housing provided when traveling.
• Be willing to work overtime. Extended shifts are common with 5-6 day work weeks.
• Provide your own steel-toe or composite work shoes to be worn during your work shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and delegation of assignments to Supervisors and Road Crews.
• Ensure daily PPE compliance and perform complaint checks on work zones.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure needs are fulfilled and locations meet/exceed US Traffic Standards.
• Keep track of employee hours in the location to ensure accurate work receipts.
• Handle billing for everyone working at the location.
• Submit accurate daily crew lists, weekly observation reports, work receipts and fuel/credit card receipts for approval.
