Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working traffic control or applicable role.
• Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Successfully complete ATSSA work zone installer course.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-4 person traffic control team on job sites.
• Provide daily briefing with Crew Supervisor.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site according to standards.
• Submit job paperwork to home office.
• Communicate with and evaluate crew members.
• Monitor and train crews on job site safety.
• Maximize operational efficiency of crews to reduce costs.
• Supervise inventory and equipment use.
