Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including supervisory roles.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Deep knowledge of state regulations for traffic control devices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Manage shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
• Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
• Work with accounting on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop staff schedules, manage labor needs, and ensure proper training.
• Plan and schedule projects to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Travel as needed for project oversight and branch operations.
