Spivey Services is hiring a Traffic Control Assistant to support safe traffic flow around construction zones, events, or road maintenance sites. You will set up and remove traffic control devices, direct vehicles and pedestrians, and ensure safety regulations are followed.

The role is entry-level with opportunities for long-term career growth. Weekly pay, training opportunities, and benefits begin after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have “0 or Plus” DMV Driving Points along with a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18′ to 24′) Non-CDL.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety of all.
• Manage traffic flow effectively.
