Job summary

Spivey Services is hiring a Traffic Control Assistant to support safe traffic flow around construction zones, events, or road maintenance sites. You will set up and remove traffic control devices, direct vehicles and pedestrians, and help ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate is alert, dependable, and able to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a strong focus on public and crew safety. Weekly pay and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Must have “0 or Plus” DMV Driving Points along with a valid Virginia Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have truck driver experience with large trucks (18' to 24' ) Non-CDL
