SpiveyServices in Virginia is seeking a Traffic Control Assistant to help keep construction zones, events, and roadworks safe and efficient. You will set up and remove traffic control devices, direct vehicles and pedestrians, and ensure compliance with safety rules.

The role is entry-level with ongoing training and opportunities for long-term career progression through certifications and on-the-job coaching. A dependable, alert candidate who can work in varying weather conditions fits best.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have “0 or plus” DMV driving points with a Virginia license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have truck driving experience with large trucks (18'–24') non-CDL.
