Job summary

Binance is seeking a Program Manager to own TradFi roadmap initiatives, including plan, milestones and dependencies across multi-jurisdiction launches, with quarterly updates to senior leadership.

You will run the PMO cadence with weekly reviews and steering, manage vendor relationships, and drive readiness for market expansions in a remote-first, flat-structure environment focused on delivering results.

Qualifications

• PM experience in broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, or consultancy.
• Solid TradFi market structure and multi-jurisdiction launches.
• Executive communication and analytical skills.
