Job summary

Tradition, a Transforming Age community in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to join our team. You’ll help provide excellent resident accommodations and shared-space care, support laundry duties occasionally, and keep carts and closets neat and stocked.

No prior senior living experience is required but is preferred; we value an upbeat personality, strong communication, and a passion for customer service as you help residents enjoy a comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age at time of start.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired!
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a passion for customer service and providing the best experience for our residents!
• CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen, may be required to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities
