Job summary

Compass Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and safe environments for residents in our senior living community. You will follow established procedures, meet cleaning schedules, and support the health and well-being of residents through attention to detail.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines, and reporting hazards.

What You'll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

As a Housekeeper, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.

• You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
