Job summary

Tradition, a Transforming Age community in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure residents receive excellent service and well-kept spaces. Responsibilities include assisting with laundry and keeping carts organized, with a focus on resident comfort and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or GED preferred, and brings a positive, friendly attitude with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age at start.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required, but is highly desired!
• An upbeat, fun, outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPR and First Aid training may be required per state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Assist with laundry services occasionally as needed.
• Keep housekeeping carts and closets neat, organized, and filled.
• Provide equipment maintenance and support for housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
