Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience with pattern discovery and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement automation strategies leveraging systems architecture.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across an organization.
• Advanced strategic thinking to evaluate scenarios, assess risks, and inform decisions.
• Experience coaching team members and delegating tasks to meet objectives.
• Customer-focused service with strong communication.
• Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and industry methodologies.
• Minimum 6 years in Financial Services.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of OTC traded products and trading venues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large trading and brokerage data to identify costs and savings opportunities.
• Develop automation strategies to optimize processes within CCS.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to implement business strategies.
• Present data analysis findings to global teams and managers.
• Assist with MIS design and dashboard management (Tableau).
• Support brokerage negotiations and draft rate cards.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
• Understand trading venues and JPMorgan's desks relationships.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support strategic initiatives.
