• Understanding of OTC traded products and trading venues.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets from varied sources to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams to align efforts and drive implementation of strategies.
• Evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and inform decisions impacting departmental outcomes.
• Provide coaching to team members to empower ownership and ensure objectives are met.
• Understand trading venues and their relationships with JPMorgan’s trading desks.
• Analyze large trading and brokerage data to identify costs and cost-saving opportunities.
• Present data analysis findings to global teams and business managers.
• Support brokerage negotiations and draft rate cards.
• Assist with MIS design and dashboard management (Tableau).
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
