Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile trading accounts, driving process improvements for efficiency.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients while staying informed on market trends and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for management and participate in strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives.
• Manage ad-hoc projects, showing proactive problem solving and adaptability.
• Serve as Middle Office contact for structured lending transactions and coordinate with structuring, trading, risk, and ops.
• Assist Front Office with deal lifecycle activities and run scenarios to ensure compliance with triggers.
• Monitor deal triggers and compliance conditions including market value and concentration limits.
• Be the primary client contact for buy-side inquiries, including hedge funds and asset managers.
