Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trading Services Specialist to support trade order processing and learn market products within our trading and portfolio management teams. You will engage in automation and data analysis to optimize operations, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

This role focuses on learning, process improvement, and contributing to the efficiency and resilience of our trading services, under guidance from junior and senior team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and utilize automation technologies in trading operations.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques to inform decision-making.
• Communication skills to maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with standard office software to create and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Learn and utilize knowledge of market products to monitor asset and cash levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Learn and apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations, enhancing efficiency and resilience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading platform, identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
• Foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders, effectively managing communications and aligning operations with the firm's strategic objectives.
