Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience with front-end systems and admin tools.
• Excellent working knowledge of database queries and Excel for Compliance audits.
• Minimum of one year’s experience of client onboarding for both Fix and bespoke API protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trade Support Supervisor of the Chicago Trade Support Desk.
• Handle user and account administration including limits adjustments.
• Assist with system outage management for client trades.
