Job summary

All Options is seeking a Trading Systems Performance Lead in Austin, TX to own the structure, growth, and operating standards of our trading systems support team. You will collaborate with traders and engineers on critical systems, scale processes, and drive performance.

This leadership role emphasizes team development, uptime, and data-driven metrics, with a fast-paced, market-facing environment and a path to global follow-the-sun operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 3+ years leading technical support, production engineering, or related teams.
• Clear communication with traders and developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Scripting and automation experience (Python, Shell) and Git version control.
• Working understanding of Linux OS; trading system exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the trading support team with scalable workflows.
• Maintain uptime, capacity, and performance under high-load market conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and processes.
• Oversee support for proprietary trading systems and incident reporting.
• Design performance metrics and dashboards tying system activity to trading outcomes.
• Plan structure and staffing to scale with growing trading volumes.
• Align team practices with global follow-the-sun operations.
