Job summary

Marex is seeking a Trading System Implementation Specialist in New York, NY to design, implement, and optimize the firm’s trading technology ecosystem. You will work across Trading, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires ownership of client onboarding initiatives, integrations, and certification for OMS/EMS platforms, with a focus on operational resilience and data distribution to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is required.
• Experience with trading systems implementation and electronic trading workflows.
• Understanding of FIX connectivity and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of trading system infrastructure.
• Manage onboarding and integration projects for clients, counterparties, vendors, and platforms.
• Own client-facing FIX connectivity, workflow design, and certification processes.
• Partner with multiple teams to define scalable trading solutions.
• Oversee testing strategies and production readiness for new trading workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk controls across systems.
