Job summary

Fintal Partners is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and evolve low-latency production systems. You will build internal tooling for deployment and automation, and strengthen observability and reliability across critical platforms.

Ideal candidates will have deep Linux expertise, strong Python automation skills, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD in high-availability environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience focused on automation and infrastructure tooling.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and production infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms.

This team is responsible for building and evolving the core infrastructure that powers trading across global markets, with a strong focus on scalability, automation, observability, and operational reliability. Engineers work closely with development and trading teams to ensure systems are performant, resilient, and efficient in highly demanding production environments.
