Role
Fidessa's Trading Support Analysts provide functional support for customer requests across our multi-asset product range, focusing on support and training for users of the Fidessa equities trading and risk management platform. This platform offers high-speed access to global equities exchanges and is used by top-tier brokers worldwide. Based in Jersey City, the team is part of the Fidessa Global Service Desk, comprising individuals with strong technical, functional, and customer service skills, seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 4 years of experience interested in client interaction, trading floors, complex financial products, and potential career paths in trade support, product management, or technical account management.
Responsibilities
The team addresses customer needs by resolving issues independently and collaborating with internal specialists for complex problems. Support is provided via phone, chat, and email, with occasional on-site training and support visits, which offer insights into customer workflows and opportunities for service improvement. Travel is expected to be less than 25%.
