Job summary

Futu US Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Trading Specialist to enhance customer trading experiences across equities, options, and margin investing. You will build relationships with clients and collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve trading inquiries.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 63, Mandarin fluency, and 3–5 years in a related role. In-office only, strong communication, and regulatory compliance awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is required.
• Strong understanding of trading strategies and investment products.
• Experience with crypto products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to handle complex trading inquiries, derivatives, and investment strategies.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA desirable; 3–5 years in a similar role.

About the Team & Role:

Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Specialist, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‑growing presence in the marketplace.

This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in‑office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position.

What You'll Do:

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
