Job summary

JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm, seeks a Trading Services Analyst to safeguard the accuracy of trade positions and settlements. You will collaborate across front, middle, and back office teams to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation, delivering best-in-class service to clients.

This role focuses on data uploads, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting new system implementations and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong logical and analytical mindset with ability to challenge processes.
• Understanding of process flows and system linkages to streamline operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Upload market data to various risk management systems
• Perform reconciliations against market sources
• Conduct control reconciliations to verify trading positions across front, middle, and back office functions
• Investigate and resolve settlement and confirmation queries
• Produce management statistics and reports
• Complete operations projects and respond to ad hoc requests for new initiatives and technology enhancements
• Support new system implementations and process improvements
