The Trading & Reporting Specialist will support the day-to-day management of client portfolios through trade execution, account monitoring and rebalancing, investment and performance reporting, data management, and investment research.

This individual will work closely with members of our Investment Management team and gain hands-on exposure to the firm's investment strategies, model portfolios, trading processes, and Investment Committee.

We are not looking for an experienced trader or investment professional. Candidates may be new to the industry or have approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience. Prior securities licensing is welcomed but is not required at the time of hire.

You are naturally analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and data, and willing to dig into something when it does not look right. You understand that accuracy is critical when working with client accounts and investments and take ownership of seeing tasks through to completion.

As you develop in the role, you will gain greater exposure to trading, portfolio management, investment research, reporting, and the firm's overall investment process, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as your knowledge and experience grow.

  • Maintain accurate data within the firm's trading, reporting, and CRM systems.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs for advisors, the Investment Management team, and other areas of the firm.
  • Investigate discrepancies in portfolio, performance, or account data and work with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
Investment Research
  • Assist with research and due diligence across a range of investments and markets, including equities, fixed income, funds, alternative investments, and other investment strategies utilized by the firm.
  • Compile research and due diligence materials on securities, funds, markets, and investment strategies.
  • Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee materials and presentations.
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings and gain exposure to the firm's process for developing and managing its investment philosophy and strategies.
  • Support investment-related content and communications, including market commentary, newsletters, presentations, and other materials as needed.
