Job summary

Coinbase is a remote-first company with quarterly in-person surges to drive collaboration and momentum across trading products. The Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Product Marketing team will own go-to-market strategy for trading instruments in the Coinbase retail app, turning insights into compelling positioning and accelerated adoption.

You will lead end-to-end launches and growth programs that drive trading volume, partnering with CRM and growth teams to execute awareness campaigns,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or product management in a consumer-facing app with measurable trading or financial product adoption.
• Hands-on marketing trading, investing, or derivatives products with familiarity of active trader behavior.
• Proven ability to own launches and growth strategy end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, channels, and measurement.
• Strong quantitative skills; experience defining success metrics and running experiments.
• Experience leading large-scale growth campaigns tied to volume or retention.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trading PMM strategy, translating product suite into customer-first positioning and messaging.
• Lead GTM for new trading instrument launches on the retail app, including audience strategy and channel planning.
• Drive trading volume growth across the funnel with CRM and growth teams for campaigns and win-back programs.
• Conceptualize and run engagement programs to accelerate adoption of new instruments.
• Develop deep customer insights across trader segments to inform positioning and product feedback.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, run experiments, and report to leadership.
