Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive evolution of trading platforms. You will bridge business requirements with scalable technical execution, lead a high-performing team, architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, and ensure stability and performance of trading infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on development with strategic thinking in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#), building high-throughput microservices and APIs.
• Experience in Kafka and SQL Server.
• Proven AWS cloud-native architecture experience (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, API Gateway).
• Strong database skills with Relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora).
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Trading domain knowledge in Capital Markets/Trading (OMS/EMS, FIX, market data feeds, risk management).

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
• Solution Architecture: Drive design and implementation of end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and AWS for low-latency, highly available systems.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact for PMs, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to align roadmaps with trading goals.
• Hands-on Development: Contribute to core framework development and perform rigorous code reviews.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize complex schemas for real-time trading data with high performance.
• Production Excellence: Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for mission-critical applications.
