Tech Lead | Trading Platform Rebuild | Systematic Trading Firm

A leading systematic trading firm is rebuilding its OTC trading platform and is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to help deliver and deploy this flagship programme of work.

This team is modernising the firm's trading infrastructure across the full trade lifecycle-from pre-trade through execution, post-trade, clearing and settlement-with a long-term vision of creating a single enterprise trading platform.

You'll work alongside experienced trading technology specialists, building highly scalable backend systems that sit at the core of the business.

What You'll Do

• Help rebuild the firm's end-to-end trading platform.
• Modernise infrastructure across pre-trade, execution, post-trade, clearing and settlement.
• Design and build scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Partner with experienced engineers and business stakeholders to deliver critical trading technology.
• Solve complex engineering challenges around scalability, resilience and system performance.
