Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#) building high-throughput microservices.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS with low latency.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering technical excellence and code quality.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and AWS for low latency, highly available systems.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps and stakeholders to align roadmaps.
• Contribute to core framework development and perform rigorous code reviews.
• Design and optimize complex database schemas for real-time trading data.
• Oversee production health, performance tuning, and incident response.
