DRW is offering a 10-week LRN Analyst Intern program in Chicago, aimed at students pursuing business, finance, or analytics. You’ll work in a middle/back-office team, contribute to projects, and gain hands-on experience with quantitative and analytical tasks.

You will develop skills in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel, while learning about trading operations and corporate functions. This internship emphasizes mentorship, housing support, and a structured market fundamentals course.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Proficiency with Python (pandas, CSV/JSON, API calls) and basic tooling (conda/virtualenv, GitHub).
• SQL: write intermediate queries (JOINs, CTEs, PIVOT) for data transformation.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, pivots, formatting, macros/VBA.
• Strong self-motivation, integrity, teamwork and strong communication.
