Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1+ years equivalent industry related experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulatory rules, procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with Kestra Financial Professionals and internal staff.
• Identify exceptions and bring to Management/Compliance attention.
• Explain processes to Financial Professionals including best practices.
• Assist with complex transactions, trade breaks, corrections and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate daily trade logs, blotters and documentation.
• Assist with new team member training.
• Support monthly/quarterly regulatory trade reporting statistics.
• Assist other positions within the department.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
