As a Trading Operations Associate, you'll execute and verify fund movements, settlements, and treasury operations across our exchange accounts, wallets, and counterparties. You'll work with advanced Excel/Sheets and Python tooling, maintain strict security procedures, and stay composed during high-stakes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of crypto financial operations experience in treasury or trading environments.
• Strong security judgement with wallets, multisigs, and signing procedures.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and Python proficiency for data reconciliation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and verify fund transfers, settlements, and exchange account operations across CEXs and onchain wallets
• Manage wallet and multisig operations — signing, key custody, permissions, and transaction verification
• Reconcile balances, transfers, fees, and P&L using Excel/Sheets and Python-based tooling
• Independently sanity-check transaction details and flag inconsistencies or suspicious instructions before execution
• Maintain and improve operational processes and security procedures for treasury and settlement workflows
• Operate methodically under time pressure on high-stakes, often irreversible transactions

As a Trading Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for the safe, accurate execution of fund movements, settlements, and treasury operations across our exchange accounts, wallets, and counterparties.

What you'll do

• Execute and verify fund transfers, settlements, and exchange account operations across CEXs and onchain wallets
• Manage wallet and multisig operations — signing, key custody, permissions, and transaction verification
• Reconcile balances, transfers, fees, and P&L using Excel/Sheets and Python-based tooling
• Independently sanity-check transaction details and flag inconsistencies or suspicious instructions before execution, regardless of who's requesting them
• Maintain and improve operational processes and security procedures for treasury and settlement workflows
• Operate methodically under time pressure on high-stakes, often irreversible transactions

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of crypto financial operations experience — treasury or operations at a prop/market-making/trading firm, or an operational/finance role at a blockchain protocol. Must have personally handled meaningful fund movements, settlement, exchange accounts, or treasury operations, not just adjacent exposure
• Crypto-native with strong security judgment — deep familiarity with wallets, multisigs, hardware wallets, CEXs, block explorers, transaction verification, and signing procedures. Able to speak concretely to your own track record managing keys, wallets, permissions, and large transfers
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and working Python proficiency — comfortable manipulating transaction/balance data, automating repetitive operational work, and reconciling discrepancies
• Strong mental math — able to quickly sanity-check balances, exposures, transfer amounts, fees, and P&L without blindly relying on tooling
• Proven composure under pressure — able to execute high-stakes, irreversible financial operations accurately, stay methodical in time-sensitive situations, and hold the line on approval/security procedures even under pressure from seniority
