Job summary

NinjaTrader seeks a Trading Operations Associate to join the Trade Desk, Operations and Risk Management teams in Chicago. You will support brokerage customers with trade-related assistance via timely emails and calls, ensuring accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include trade allocations, platform setup, monitoring breaks, and cross-functional collaboration. A Bachelor’s in Finance and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings and daily tasks.
• Perform back-office functions such as trade allocations and platform setup.
• Monitor trade breaks and resolve discrepancies; complete end-of-day checks.
• Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Support strategic projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment.
