Job summary

NinjaTrader, a leading futures trading platform based in Chicago, seeks a highly organized candidate to support trading operations. You will handle daily trading activity, back-office processes, and post-trade tasks within a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The role requires strong communication and technical troubleshooting abilities, plus willingness to work a 4x10 schedule including weekends. A hybrid in-office schedule is offered for local employees, with remote options for select candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work alternate shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and other daily operational tasks
• Perform key back-office functions such as trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, process commission discrepancies and adjustments, and complete end-of-day checks
• Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support
• Deliver outstanding customer service by troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in real time
• Support strategic projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment
