Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Managed Account Trading Operations Analyst to monitor workflow and ensure daily team deadlines are met for trade execution, booking client allocations, and completing voluntary corporate action elections for client accounts managed by Investment Managers.

This role operates within a robust control environment, ensuring trades are booked accurately, identifying risks, providing quality assurance, and escalating issues with the appropriate leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in broker dealer operations with QA knowledge.
• Experience leading in an operational environment or high-performing GWIM Service Operations role.
• Ability to give clear, effective examples of teamwork, analytics, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel, including formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing documents, identifying errors, and implementing solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries to support efficiency and service.
• Analyzes and resolves moderately complex transactions with escalations.
• Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements and informs leadership.
• Monitor workflow, ensure daily team deadlines are met, and support quality assurance.
• Pulls reports, analyzes data, and formats it for dialogue and decision-making.
