Job summary

RTK Tickets in Boston, MA is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to support inventory management, risk controls, and data-driven decision making across live event trading. You will monitor listings, manage pricing, and help ensure smooth brokerage operations.

The role requires familiarity with financial markets, strong Excel skills, and experience in operations or customer success. Programming knowledge (Python/SQL/R) is a plus, with startup experience and a passion for sports and concerts

Responsibilities

• Ticket Inventory Management: monitor and manage ticket inventory, ensure accuracy and pricing competitiveness.
• Risk Management: make informed trading decisions and manage inventory-related risks.
• Quality Control: implement and maintain quality control procedures for accurate listings and delivery.
• Process Optimization: evaluate and improve operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting: generate and analyze reports to track performance and inform decisions.
• Vendor Relations: manage relationships with ticket suppliers and partners to optimize sourcing.
