Qualifications

• BS degree in a STEM field with solid academic record.
• 2+ years in financial services.
• Strong Excel and SQL/SQL Server experience.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or Python data libraries for automation.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trading reconciliations and post-trade activities.
• Investigate root causes of trade breaks.
• Manage monthly invoice reconciliations with exchanges and counterparties.
• Develop understanding of proprietary systems to resolve issues.
• Bridge between clearing firms and traders; oversee transfers.
• Model, analyze, and optimize tools and workflows.
• Leverage AI to enhance automation and data processing.
• Develop analytical models to inform trading activities.
• Collaborate with traders and senior management on escalated issues.
• Coordinate with accounting to receive detailed reconciliation reports.
• Manage ad hoc projects and requests daily.
