Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and technical skills (Python or other coding tools).

Responsibilities

• Enter daily trades into trading management systems and ERP.
• Check confirmations from counterparties/brokers for discrepancies.
• Verify contract and settlement reports against trader records.
• Collaborate with traders to understand market movements and instruments.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and communicate discrepancies to management.
• Support traders and analysts with internal reporting and market analysis.
