Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager to ensure shelves are stocked and promotions run smoothly. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team to deliver product availability and a safe, compliant trading floor.

You will plan resources, manage shifts, support development, and collaborate with store departments to deliver exceptional customer service. If you value great service and mentoring in a fast-paced environment, this role offers progression and practical leadership development.

More About The Role

Making sure our shelves are fully stocked is key to a fantastic shopping experience, which is why our Trading Managers are so vital to our success.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a hands-on approach to managing store-wide trading routines. You’ll lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
