Morrisons in Seaford, Delaware is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Fruit & Veg counters. You'll lead the team to keep produce fresh, displays vibrant, and shelves well-stocked for local shoppers every day.

You will coach colleagues, maintain high standards, manage stock and rotate products, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service are at the heart of every interaction. The role offers genuine career progression within our store network.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver friendly, helpful service, placing customers at the heart of everything you do and acting on their feedback.
• Maintain exceptional standards: Reduce waste and keep quality sky-high through careful stock handling, date code checking, rotation, and proper storage.
• Lead and support your team: Coordinate day-to-day department communication, creating an engaging, supportive environment where achievements are recognised and ideas are welcomed.
• Keep operations running smoothly: Analyse department data to simplify routines, speed up processes, and ensure all safety, quality, and legal guidelines are met.
