The Renewables Trading Director is a leadership role accountable for generating value from renewable fuels and environmental markets including ethanol, biodiesel, and associated credit mechanisms (RINs, LCFS, CFP, etc.). The position leads trading, compliance strategy, and market development while ensuring regulatory integrity and alignment with MPC’s decarbonization objectives. Success is measured by margin capture, credit optimization, compliance cost minimization, and strategic positioning in emerging low‑carbon value pools.
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline required. Ten (10) years of experience in a Commercial role is required with a minimum of 3 years Trading experience.
