The Enterprise Change Management Director leads change execution across multiple enterprise value streams, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable adoption, readiness, and business value from ideation through outcome realization. This role embeds change capability within value streams, partnering with business leaders to drive fast, sustainable adoption of new capabilities. This leader enables delivery flow by aligning readiness and adoption activities to value stream priorities, release cadences, and business outcomes. The role provides insights that connect change execution to value realization and financial impacts, supporting investment decisions, prioritization, and risk mitigation. As a senior leader, this role develops practitioners, manages managers, and ensures consistent application of enterprise change standards across complex, concurrent initiatives.
This role is part of the Communications organization and will report to the Vice President of Culture & Communications. This position can be based in the following locations: Findlay, OH Houston, TX San Antonio, TX
