Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a strong university program.
• Pass the SIE and Series 7 exams within 30 days of starting.
• Eligibility for FINRA registration with a clean background check.
• Strong logical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Calm under pressure with precise work style.
• Ability to learn internal systems quickly and follow procedures.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and work in Miami Beach office full-time.

Responsibilities

• Real-time order flow, positions, and risk monitoring during U.S. trading hours.
• Identify and handle rejected or unusual orders and risks per procedures.
• Stay composed when markets move fast and provide timely answers.
• Oversee system health during peak trading moments, including open/close.
• Provide client support after licensing and handle inquiries via approved channels.
• Route unresolved issues to the appropriate desk, compliance, or tech teams.
• Monitor onboarding and client activity through each step.
• Coordinate shift handoffs and log incidents and actions.
