Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in a broker-dealer environment.
• Familiarity with investment products.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Series 7 is mandatory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, trade settlement issues, and account-related alerts.
• Review and process corporate actions, including client and advisor notifications.
• Monitor margin requirements and calls; ensure timely follow-up.
• Oversee trade settlement activities and reconcile transactions with counterparties.
• Perform daily trading activity reconciliations (commissions, fees, revenue, records).
• Review short positions and identify exposure or escalation needs.
• Ensure client disclosures and investment documents are delivered timely.
• Review mutual fund trading activity and support processing and communications.
• Monitor account activity to ensure day-end reconciliations.
• Maintain records and reports for regulatory and audit needs.
• Monitor asset movement and holdings accuracy.
• Review account coding, permissions, and setup data for accuracy.
• Validate mutual fund fee and revenue-sharing reports; investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct new account reviews for proper documentation and approvals.
• Distribute required offering documents and disclosures.
