Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of data entry, operations, administrative, or financial services experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, review, and maintain trade and transaction data in internal systems.
• Verify trade details and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure timely processing of deals and trade amendments.
• Work closely with brokers and operations teams to resolve trade-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation.
• Perform routine data validation and quality control checks.
• Assist with daily reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to operational workflows and data integrity.
