Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trades under advisor direction, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement.
• Provide operational support across trading, cashiering, annuity, and insurance workflows.
• Own the client experience from first contact and manage inquiries for daily account needs.
• Coordinate calendars for three advisors and schedule client review meetings.
• Prepare, process, and track financial paperwork including new accounts and asset transfers.
