Compensation: $52,000-$70,000 / year (Depending on experience and active licensing)
A well-established Littleton, CO wealth management firm is hiring a Client Services & Trading Associate. This dual-focus role bridges high-touch client relationship management with critical trade execution, offering direct advisor mentorship, a defined path into trading or operations specialization, and an excellent work-life balance with an early Friday dismissal.
What You'll Do
- Trading & Operations: Execute and monitor trades under advisor direction, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlement. Provide key operational support across trading, cashiering, annuity, and insurance workflows.
- Client Experience: Own the client experience from first contact. Greet high-net-worth clients, manage incoming calls and mail, and serve as a reliable, professional point of contact for daily account inquiries.
- Account Management: Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing account maintenance, building long-term relationships based on trust and efficiency.
- Advisor Support: Coordinate and maintain calendars for three advisors, scheduling client review meetings to maximize their availability and optimize office workflow.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, process, and track financial paperwork including new account applications and asset transfers. Maintain accurate, compliant client records in the firm CRM in line with industry regulatory standards.
What You Need
- Experience: 1+ years of client service, trading, or operations experience inside a wealth management, financial advisory, or brokerage firm.
- On-Site Commitment: Ability to work 100% on-site in our Littleton, CO office during standard operating hours.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals.
- Precision: High attention to detail and numerical accuracy-trade execution and paperwork precision are critical to success in this role.
- Adaptability: Comfort fluidly moving between client-facing work and back-office technical operations, with a strong willingness to master new systems.
Nice to Have
- Licensing: Active SIE, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 credentials (highly preferred; compensation scaling directly reflects active licensing).
- Technology: Experience with financial software for trading, rebalancing, or cashiering, alongside wealth management CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, or Wealthbox).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Firm Dynamics: Experience supporting multiple financial advisors simultaneously within a multi-service financial practice.
