Monmouth Cards is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Phoenix location. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, help customers navigate the trading card market, and assist with sales of cards and supplies.

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will engage collectors and casual buyers alike, maintain displays, and participate in events and promotions to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product recommendations.
• Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging in-store experience.
• Support sales of sealed product, single cards, and supplies.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock inventory and assist with product displays.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and busy sales periods.
