Monmouth Cards is looking for a Store Manager to lead our West Hartford, CT retail location. This is a fast-paced store serving a high-volume, student-driven customer base.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to create an engaging in-store experience for both new and experienced collectors. You will oversee daily store operations, hire and train a team of part-time associates, drive in-store sales through customer engagement and product knowledge, and

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Experience managing part-time or student employees is a plus.
