Monmouth Cards in Mays Landing, NJ is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our new location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining an inviting sales floor for sports trading cards and collectibles.

The position offers a dynamic, team-based environment with opportunities for advancement and a competitive hourly rate. Weekend and evening availability is preferred, with both full-time and part-time schedules considered.

Qualifications

• A passion for sports trading cards and/or collectibles (experience is a plus).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain an organized and clean store environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Monmouth Cards is looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our new Mays Landing, NJ location. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports trading cards, customer service, and retail. As a key part of our in-store experience, you will assist customers, help maintain the store’s operations, and contribute to an exciting and growing business.
