Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Prepress Engineering Project Specialist to support the creation and delivery of trading card products across licensed brands. This role combines technical understanding of prepress workflows with strong scheduling and administration.

You will connect Art, Prepress Engineering, Project Management, Mastering, and Project Coordinator teams to ensure projects move smoothly from concept through print-ready delivery, with focus on communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of engineering, prepress, print production, or technical graphics workflows.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Comfort handling administrative and coordination tasks that keep teams moving efficiently.
• Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal.
• Ability to work across creative and technical teams and translate needs between them.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trading card projects within the Prepress Engineering and Mastering workflows.
• Coordinate schedules, priorities, and handoffs between Art, Engineering, Project Management, and Mastering (Prepress) teams.
• Support engineers by managing project tracking, timelines, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation including schedules, status updates, and change tracking.
• Communicate project requirements, updates, and issues across cross-functional partners.
• Assist with intake and organization of new card projects, including expanding licensed products.
• Help ensure engineering and prepress requirements are clearly understood and met before files move to mastering.
• Identify gaps, risks, or blockers and elevate appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and documentation within PPE
